Both boys appear to be doing better. Labs continue to be negative for infection. Eli has already graduated to full feeds (not fortified however) and they are going to remove his IV in an hour. Jack is doing a lot better and responding well to the break from feeding. Based on the latest scans, if you look at it proportionally to body size, Jack actually had more air in his stomach than Eli which is not what was first thought. We are not sure when Jack will start on food again. It could be later tonight as he is looking a lot better. This morning they said it would likely be several days before they start building his feeds back up, however, based on how much his stomach has shrunk we would not be surprised if the Dr changes the order.
I know I keep saying it, but thank you again for the prayers, we really are encouraged. The blog site keeps track of traffic and it was amazing to see the site visits quadruple when we posted the prayer request this past weekend.
